Atletika.com is still open 24/7. The safety of our team and customers is our top priority. We’re monitoring the situation very closely and working with local delivery partners to ensure they too are taking necessary safety precautions. You may experience delays in shipment but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. Shipping Policy
We do not refund original or return shipping costs, shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages, some orders may experience customs delays and we have no control over these delays.
International Customers – Please allow extra time for your orders to pass through customs. Atletika is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed- it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Metro Manila and Provincial orders will be shipped through the couriers JRS Express and LBC Express. International orders will be shipped through the courier, FedEx.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all Philippine addresses via JRS Express, LBC Express and Ecoship Asia. We do not ship on the weekend or on Philippine holidays.
We now ship Internationally. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. Note that you may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas in Canada.

When We Ship
Our scheduled delivery date is every Tuesday and Saturdays of the week. Cut-off for weekly deliveries will be at 5pm every Monday and Friday. Kindly contact our team at customerservice@atletikaph.com for any concerns regarding the shipping schedule.

Shipping Costs
Nationwide Shipping
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Atletika products can reach you as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for shipments within Metro Manila and 3-5 business days for shipments to the rest of the Philippines. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of Php 160.00 for all domestic orders. We use the courier, JRS Express, LBC Express and Ecoship Asia. You can track your orders using the following links below:
